Sleep

    I think sleep is very important, because sleep is essential for health.
In fact, I have been sleeping for about 8 hours. What happens if you don't get enough sleep? The answer is very simple and shortens life. WHO says people who sleep less than 6 hours have a 2.4-fold mortality rate.
Try not to live irregularly just because you are a college student!
